Prices usually vary per tooth. Molars are probably the most expensive tooth to do a root canal %26amp; crown on. The dental office I work for usually charge around $800 for crown %26amp; $800 for the root canal. The closer to front of the mouth you go, the cheaper crowns %26amp; root canal are (due to easier work).
How much should a dental crown cost sperately from the root canal?
I had one about 15 yrs ago, it was about 1000$ all together.
Reply:WE live in North Carolina %26amp; My husband had some work done- in March! They were 450.00 and about 370.00 per tooth! For several teeth about 2200.00! I need to be a dentist! They make a killing! Bye Be Blessed!
Reply:if the tooth is ready, a crown will cost at least $6oo.00 or more, that is why a lot of people go to the dental school, where a crown will cost about 300dollars but that is not including getting the tooth ready.. my moto is if you can save a tooth save it.
Reply:I had eight of them, in 2004 each was 800.00. in 2005 I had three more each cost 1000.00. by the way a root canal cost about 1200.00
Reply:Depends on type but between $600. and $900. here in Michigan.
Reply:I'm in NC. Broke a tooth in January. Didn't need root canal. Grinding down the tooth and putting on the crown cost $815.00 including a $20 x-ray.
Reply:It is going to depend entirely on which part of the U.S. you are in. For a permanent crown, it will cost approimately $550.00 - $1200.00 per tooth.
