THE COST WOULD BE THE SAME AS HAVING 3 CROWNS.

Reply:a bridge typically cost around 1,000$ per unit. which means if you have a missing tooth the dentist would need to "bridge the gap". so two units for anchors and one unit for the gap(3000). think of the missing tooth as a body of water. in order to get from one side to the other you have to place an anchor on each side and connect it in themiddle. one of the reasons a bridge is important is because teeth will grow forward/upward/downward until they find another tooth to connect with. if you are missing a tooth, then the tooth above the missing area will grow down/up/forward until it is toucing something. sometimes that means you may lose the tooth above the space as well. you might want to ask your dentist about an implant. this is the better option, because you will not need to drill on teeth that maynot need it. an implant will typically cost what the bridge cost (3000) but is worth because the teeth on either side of the space will not have to be worked on. plus it is easier to keep clean.
