Should you cement or screw in dental implant crowns?

This questions goes to dentist who practise implantology

Should you cement or screw in dental implant crowns?
It depends on many factors, such as the tooth to be replaced(the proposed implant site)e.g. front or back tooth; the quantity and the quality of the bone/jaw of the proposed implant site, the number of implants to be placed,i.e.one or more; the angulation of the tooth/implant, e.g. in front tooth/incisors site,if there are ideal bone and soft tissue conditions, a cemented crown is usually placed over the implant and so on and so forth.
Reply:i would recomend to get them screwed in .... dentures suck and everyone i know that has them hate them! has more problems with them! GL
Reply:His question has nothing to do with dentures...anyways, to answer your question, they place a screw in the bone and cement the actual crown, so both.
